After Effects: Animating a Rectangle using Squash and Stech

This is an experiement in After Effects to animate a simple object using squash and stretch techniques. Using the bouncing ball created in Toon Boon i created a little story. the ball bounces over the rectangle and startles it, and when the ball passes overhead the rectangle ducks away form it.  When the ball rests the rectangle looks over at the ball and shrugs.  This reinforced the basics of animation, giving the illusion of emotion to simple objects with exaggerated movements.
